Return the Tax Collector Copy with your payment. Write your parcel number on your check. For a stamped receipt please include both copies of your bill (Taxpayer Copy and Tax Collector Copy) along with a self-addressed stamped envelope.

Drop Boxes:

Drop boxes are located at the Richland Township Municipal Building next to the office door at 1328 California Road, Quakertown, and the front porch of the Richland Township Police Department Headquarters at 229 California Road, Quakertown.

Please do not leave payments with staff, only in the dropbox.

In Person:
Please see the Payment Hours tab above for times and location. Checks and card payments are accepted in person. Bring your entire bill with the payment.

Pay Online:  

The eCheck option closes on 12/17 at Midnight until January 10th. The Credit/Debit card option closes on 12/24 at Midnight until January 10th. 
Please choose the correct link. There is a 1.95% fee for cards using a PIN and a 2.5% fee for credit cards. Those fees are charged and collected by the processor separately and will be in addition to your tax amount. eChecks are also available on these sites, use the drop down on Payment Type. Cost is $0.50. Online payments will be accepted at the date and time entered. County/Township payments made after midnight April 30th must be at Face amount. School payments made after midnight August 31 must be at Face amount.

Bank Bill Pay:
Use your bank’s Bill Pay option. Enter your parcel number as you account number, use the telephone number 215-529-5719 and the above mailing address. See your bank's website for specific details.

After 12/15 all payments must be certified checks, money orders or bank checks. Credit cards are accepted through 12/24, eChecks are accepted through 12/17. All payments must be RECEIVED by 12/31.
