SPRING 2026 TAXPAYER NOTICE:

The municipal tax bills may be late this Spring. Normally the bills are mailed on or before March 1st. The data to issue property tax bills is generated by the County of Bucks, from which all property tax collectors in the county, myself included, receive the necessary information and authorization to bill and collect property taxes. This year Bucks County is experiencing computer problems preventing issuance of the critical data. However, please know that this issue will not affect your tax amounts.

At this time, it is unknown when the data will be available. We, the tax collectors of Bucks County, are anticipating this to be corrected by the first week of March, but it is not within our control. Normally, that information is sent to us by mid-February providing the time needed to import the data into our respective software programs, send the files to the printer, and get into the printer’s work schedule. The printer will then print, stuff and deliver them to the US Postal Service. Once I receive the data from the county those steps must still occur.

This problem will not affect the amount you pay.

I am happy to receive your phone calls and emails, but at this time I have no further information. When I do, I will post it here.

Sincerely,

Raymond “Skip” Goodnoe
